The Sith always betray one another

On March 10th of this year I finished reading The Force Unleashed.

Since I haven’t been able to play the game, reading the book was the next best thing.

(It’s a small miracle that I hadn’t read/seen/heard any spoilers about the plot since the game came out, but I did my best to stay away.)

The book was good – the most general thing you can say of a book. The light romance was a little “forced” (ha ha), but overall it was a good addition to Star Wars I think. All the double-crossing got a little hard to follow at times, but how the birth of the Rebellion was tired into the story was very interesting/ And of course the Emperor pulling all the strings ..

It was interesting – as I was reading the book I could tell how it was based on a video game, how certain parts were clearly set up for boss battles, how Starkiller had to travel to get to a location (simulating the level you would go through in the game), etc.

I look forward to see how the story changes as I play through the actual game.
