This is the first of The Cat Club books that the girls and I read together, and we really enjoyed it. It was their first “novel” in a way, and the story had enough to keep them (and me!) wanting to see the outcome.
This has led to other books about Jenny Linsky and the rest of her friends, all written by Esther Averill. Good stuff.
